This website collects nothing about you. No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels. What follows is the short list of what is left.
What this page covers
This policy covers humanrounds.org, the project website you are reading. Human Rounds is an open-source project maintained from Argentina, and "we" below means its maintainers.
It does not cover a hospital's installation of the software. Each institution runs its own copy and publishes its own notice, as described under Hospital installations below.
What the site collects
- Nothing you type. There is no sign-up, no newsletter, no comment box and no contact form on this site.
- Server logs. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, the time, the page requested, the browser user agent and the referring page. Those logs rotate automatically and serve only to keep the site running and to investigate errors or abuse.
We do not build visitor profiles, and we never sell, rent or share logs.
What the site does not do
- No cookies.
- No analytics: no Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo or any equivalent.
- No advertising or tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
- No accounts and no mailing list.
- No data sold or traded, to anyone, ever.
Your language choice
Switching the site between English and Spanish stores one value in your browser under human-rounds-language. It stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Third parties this page touches
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser fetches them directly, so Google sees your IP address and user agent for that request.
- Outbound links to GitHub, Icons8 and the live demo. Once you follow one, that site's own policy applies.
That is the whole list. No other external script runs here.
The live demo
demo.humanrounds.org is a separate installation loaded with fictional data and kept for demonstration only.
- Never enter real patient data, real medical records or anyone's personal details in it.
- It is reset periodically, and anything typed into it can disappear without notice.
Hospital installations and patient data
Human Rounds is software an institution installs and runs on its own infrastructure. Where a hospital deploys it:
- the institution is the data controller for everything its instance holds;
- patient data stays in the institution's own servers and health record system;
- we do not receive it, store it or have any access to it;
- an instance may send text to an AI provider that its operator configures, under that operator's own agreement with that provider;
- the institution's privacy notice governs that data, not this page.
If you are a patient of a hospital that uses Human Rounds, ask the hospital about its data handling. We cannot look up, correct or delete anything held in its system.
Your rights
We hold no account, profile or record tied to you, so there is nothing to export or erase beyond rotating server logs. If you believe we hold something about you, open a GitHub issue and we will answer.
Security reports
Report a vulnerability through the repository's GitHub Security Advisory flow, never in a public issue. Leave credentials, personal data and any patient-identifiable information out of the report.

Questions about this policy go to the project's GitHub issues. Issues are public, so leave personal details out of them.
Changes
We revise this page when the site changes, and update the date at the top. Every past version stays visible in the public git history.

Qué cubre esta página
Esta política cubre humanrounds.org, el sitio del proyecto que estás leyendo. Human Rounds es un proyecto de código abierto mantenido desde Argentina, y "nosotros" acá significa quienes lo mantienen.
No cubre la instalación del software en un hospital. Cada institución corre su propia copia y publica su propio aviso, como se explica en Instalaciones hospitalarias.
Qué recopila el sitio
- Nada de lo que escribas. No hay registro, ni newsletter, ni comentarios, ni formulario de contacto.
- Registros del servidor. Como cualquier servidor web, el nuestro guarda la dirección IP, la hora, la página pedida, el navegador y la página de origen. Esos registros rotan solos y sirven únicamente para mantener el sitio en línea y revisar errores o abusos.
No armamos perfiles de visitantes, y nunca vendemos, alquilamos ni compartimos esos registros.
Qué no hace el sitio
- Sin cookies.
- Sin analítica: ni Google Analytics, ni Plausible, ni Matomo, ni equivalentes.
- Sin píxeles de publicidad o seguimiento, sin rastreo entre sitios, sin fingerprinting.
- Sin cuentas ni lista de correo.
- Ningún dato se vende ni se intercambia con nadie.
Tu elección de idioma
Cambiar el sitio entre inglés y español guarda un valor en tu navegador bajo human-rounds-language. Queda en tu navegador, nunca nos llega, y borrar los datos del navegador lo elimina.
Terceros que toca esta página
- Google Fonts entrega las tipografías desde fonts.googleapis.com y fonts.gstatic.com. Tu navegador las pide directo, así que Google ve tu IP y tu navegador en ese pedido.
- Enlaces salientes a GitHub, Icons8 y la demo en vivo. Al seguir uno, rige la política de ese sitio.
Esa es la lista completa. Acá no corre ningún otro script externo.
La demo en vivo
demo.humanrounds.org es una instalación aparte, cargada con datos ficticios y mantenida sólo para mostrar el producto.
- Nunca cargues datos reales de pacientes, historias clínicas reales ni datos personales de nadie.
- Se reinicia cada tanto, y lo que escribas ahí puede desaparecer sin aviso.
Instalaciones hospitalarias y datos de pacientes
Human Rounds es software que cada institución instala y corre en su propia infraestructura. Cuando un hospital lo despliega:
- la institución es la responsable de todos los datos que guarda su instancia;
- los datos de pacientes quedan en los servidores y la historia clínica de la institución;
- nosotros no los recibimos, no los guardamos y no tenemos acceso;
- una instancia puede enviar texto a un proveedor de IA que configure quien la opera, bajo el acuerdo de esa institución con ese proveedor;
- el aviso de privacidad de la institución rige esos datos, no esta página.
Si sos paciente de un hospital que usa Human Rounds, consultale al hospital cómo maneja tus datos. Nosotros no podemos consultar, corregir ni borrar nada de su sistema.
Tus derechos
No tenemos ninguna cuenta, perfil ni registro asociado a vos, así que no hay nada para exportar o borrar más allá de los registros rotativos del servidor. Si creés que tenemos algo tuyo, abrí un issue en GitHub y te respondemos.
Reportes de seguridad
Reportá una vulnerabilidad por el flujo de GitHub Security Advisory del repositorio, nunca en un issue público. Dejá afuera del reporte credenciales, datos personales y cualquier dato identificable de pacientes.
